Tungsten
WAs a high-density refractory metal with a remarkable melting point of 3,422°C and a density of 19.3 g/cm³, Tungsten (W) is engineered for the most demanding environments. LGL Metal supplies premium-grade Tungsten products widely utilized in aerospace, defense, electronics, tooling, mining, and high-temperature industrial applications due to its outstanding heat resistance, strength, and durability.
Our Tungsten metal bars and rods are manufactured from high-purity tungsten powder through a precise densification process, including expert powder blending, pressing, and sintering to ensure exceptional structural integrity.
According to different chemical compositions and applications, they can be divided into three grades: TW-1, TW-2 and TW-4. TW-1 is mainly used as raw material for tungsten-based alloys, TW-2 is used as raw material for processed materials, and TW-4 is used as an alloy additive.
